Postage Policies

Once we have received your order, it is printed in house with top of the line DTG printing equipment. Once your order has been printed, it's packaged up and ready to post to you. Normally we expect your order to be printed, sent and delivered within the time scales given at checkout but we may experience slight delays during busier times meaning our usual shipping time scales will apply once you've received a dispatch email confirming your order has been posted.
For customers within the UK, Your order will be sent out first class with royal mail so the whole process will take anywhere from 3 to 9 working days. For customers within Europe, the estimated delivery time is between 5 working days to 4 weeks depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. For the rest of the world, delivery can take up to 4 weeks

If you pay through the Paypal e-cheque service then it can take up to 14 working days for the payment to clear. The normal delivery time scales apply once your payment has been processed.  

Import Taxes

Please be aware that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and can't be covered by DeadEyes.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to Deadeyes working on a print on demand basis, we are unable to offer free returns/exchanges, however, we do want you to be happy with your products. Customers can return unused items to us for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Returns postage cost will have to be covered by the buyer.
We are currently unable to offer exchanges, if you want to exchange a product,   please use the returns process and then reorder the correct product/size.

Contacting Us

We strive to reply to all emails the same day as we receive them. During busy periods it may take us a little longer to get back to you so please allow up to 72 hours for a reply.
